Tell your place’s story the way people scroll.
TeraStories builds immersive visual stories that unfold as readers scroll, with a map that flies to each place, video, 360 video and multi-camera scenes. Publish them on their own page or embed them on your website.
What it does
The kit
- 01
A story that moves with the scroll
Sections play in the order you set. As readers scroll, the map flies to the place each section is about.
- 02
Every kind of block
Hero, text, image, video, audio and article blocks, plus 360 video, all placed in one editor and reordered by dragging.
- 03
Multi-camera scenes
Several camera angles of the same moment, kept in sync. Viewers switch between them like a director, and audio beds need captions before the story can be published.
- 04
Transcripts and subtitles
Add a transcript or subtitles to a section and readers can follow along in a transcript panel.
- 05
Start from an article
Paste a web address or some HTML and Tera turns it into a draft story, copying the images into your own storage. Nothing is published until you say so.
- 06
Templates in your style
Templates set fonts, colours, the splash screen and the map style. Mark one as official for the whole tour, and stories that use it follow its changes.
- 07
On your website
Embed a story with an iframe, a script or a web component, and limit which websites are allowed to show it.
- 08
Know what was read
See views, how far readers scrolled, which sections they reached, how many finished, and on which devices and websites.

Questions
TeraStories, answered.
What is TeraStories?
TeraStories is the visual storytelling tool of the Tera ecosystem. It builds scrolling stories about your places, with text, images, video, 360 video and multi-camera scenes, and a map that follows the story.
Can we put a story on our own website?
Yes. Each story has its own page and can be embedded with an iframe, a script or a web component. You can limit which websites are allowed to show it.
What is a multi-camera scene?
Several camera angles of the same moment, kept in sync, that viewers switch between as they watch. A multi-camera scene takes over the whole story.
Can we turn an existing article into a story?
Yes. Paste its web address or its HTML and Tera creates a draft story from it, with the images copied into your own storage.
Can we see how stories perform?
Yes. Each story reports views, scroll depth, how many readers finished, and which sections they reached.
