Measure · TeraMetrics
See what visitors actually did, tool by tool and place by place.
TeraMetrics is one analytics view across the Tera ecosystem. Maps, 360 tours, QR codes, magazines, Digital Luggage and your own website report into one place, down to the scene, the place and the partner listing. It is included in every Tera plan.
What it does
The kit
- 01
One overview
Users, sessions and average session time for the dates you choose, a card for each tool with a link to its own dashboard, a map of where visitors are, and their devices and browsers.
- 02
How your maps are used
Every action on a map is counted: opening it, zooming, clicking a place, searching, switching layers, printing and saving to Digital Luggage. See your top maps and top places, or compare two to four maps side by side.
- 03
Inside the 360 tour
Scene views, the scenes nobody reached, the points of interest and partner listings people opened, and a visitor-flow diagram of where visits start, where they go next and where they end.
- 04
QR codes and NFC tags
Scans over time, devices and your best-performing codes for the whole destination, plus a page for each code and a separate page for NFC taps.
- 05
Digital Luggage saves
Lists started, items saved, lists kept and shared, lists opened again, and the places, listings and events visitors save most.
- 06
Magazine readers
Issue opens, readers, average session, issue completion and page-by-page attention, so you can see which stories hold people.
- 07
Your own website too
Add the TeraMetrics tracking script to your existing website and its visits sit alongside everything else on the overview.
- 08
A Board Report in one click
Download a PDF or an editable PowerPoint with headline figures, a year-over-year comparison, audience, how people arrived and your most-viewed content. Save a copy straight to TeraDAM. Scene and POI tables also export to CSV.

Questions
TeraMetrics, answered.
What is TeraMetrics?
TeraMetrics is the analytics tool of the Tera ecosystem. It shows how visitors use your maps, 360 tours, QR codes, magazines, Digital Luggage and website in one place, with a dashboard for each tool and an overview across all of them.
Is TeraMetrics included in every plan?
Yes. TeraMetrics is part of every Tera plan, together with TeraHUB, TeraDAM, TeraClick, TeraConsent, TeraWhiteLabel and TeraEmail.
Can we get a report for our board?
Yes. The Board Report button downloads a PDF or an editable PowerPoint covering the last 30 days, with a year-over-year comparison, audience, how people arrived and your most-viewed content.
How are visitors counted?
Each tool counts its own visitors. When the Board Report adds them up, someone who used two tools is counted in both, and the report says so plainly in its "About these numbers" box.
Can TeraMetrics track our own website?
Yes. Add the TeraMetrics tracking script to your website and its visits appear on the overview with your other tools.
Can we export the data?
Board Reports download as PDF or PowerPoint, and the scene and POI tables for your 360 tour export to CSV.
