Convert · TeraEvents
Every event in your destination, in one calendar and on the map.
TeraEvents gathers the events in your destination from the places they are already listed, removes the duplicates and links each one to its venue. Then it publishes them as calendars and widgets on your website and as markers on your maps.
What it does
The kit
- 01
Events from where they already are
Pull events from Eventbrite, Meetup, Facebook Pages, Ticketmaster and SeatGeek, from spreadsheets, and from event pages on the web. Add them by hand too.
- 02
A public submission form
Organisers submit their own events, follow the status on a private page, and get an email when it is approved or declined.
- 03
Duplicates merged
The same event listed in three places becomes one. Review the matches side by side, merge them, or undo a merge.
- 04
Linked to the right venue
Each event is matched to the place it happens in, so it shows up next to that venue on the map.
- 05
A review queue with rules
Approve, feature or reject events by hand, or set rules that do it for you by source, category or keyword.
- 06
Sorted automatically
New events are put into your categories automatically, and scored for how likely they are to bring visitors.
- 07
Calendars and widgets for your website
A full calendar, a featured-events carousel and a countdown for a single place, each embeddable. Every event gets its own page with "Add to calendar".
- 08
Analytics and a board report
See busy and quiet weeks, seasonal gaps, which sources deliver, and year-on-year change, then download a board report as a PDF.
- 09
An API for your other sites
Partners and your own websites can read your events through a documented API, with their own keys.

Questions
TeraEvents, answered.
What is TeraEvents?
TeraEvents is the events calendar of the Tera ecosystem. It collects the events in your destination from many sources, removes duplicates, links each event to its venue and publishes them on your website and maps.
Where do the events come from?
From Eventbrite, Meetup, Facebook Pages, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, spreadsheets and event pages on the web, plus events you add yourself and events organisers submit.
Do we have to approve every event?
You can, in the review queue. Or set rules that approve, feature or reject events automatically based on their source, category or keywords.
How do we show events on our website?
Embed a full calendar, a featured-events carousel or a countdown widget. Each event also has its own page with an "Add to calendar" link.
Can we send events to our newsletter?
TeraEvents can show a sign-up button that points to your own newsletter tool. It does not keep a subscriber list of its own.
