Measure · TeraListings
Partner listings that stay current without anyone retyping them.
TeraListings keeps your partner listings accurate. It syncs them from your CRM, enriches them with Google data, flags duplicates, closed businesses and conflicting details, and gives every listing a health score.
What it does
The kit
- 01
Synced from your CRM
Listings arrive from your CRM feed every night, Simpleview and Tempest included, so the map, the tour and your partner records stay in step.
- 02
Enriched with Google data
Phone, website, opening hours, rating, photos, address and business status are matched from Google. New listings can be enriched as they sync, and a schedule keeps the rest fresh.
- 03
A health score for every listing
Each listing gets a score from 0 to 100. The dashboard shows how your listings spread from excellent to poor, and flags the ones below your threshold or not checked for too long.
- 04
Conflicts surfaced, not overwritten
When the phone number or website in your CRM differs from Google, or Google reports a business as permanently closed, the listing is flagged and shown side by side. You decide what is right.
- 05
Duplicates and closed businesses
Possible duplicates are found by name similarity and distance, and closed businesses get their own list, so dead and doubled listings stop reaching visitors.
- 06
Discover places you are missing
Click a point on the map, or pick a city or ZIP code boundary, and search Google for places that are not yet in your listings. New finds wait for approval.
- 07
Buildings and their tenants
Listings at the same address are grouped, with the building as the parent and the shops, restaurants and venues inside it as its children.

Questions
TeraListings, answered.
What is TeraListings?
TeraListings is the listings manager of the Tera ecosystem. It syncs partner listings from your CRM, enriches them with Google data, finds duplicates, closed businesses and conflicting details, and scores the health of each listing.
Which data sources does it use?
Your CRM feed, with Simpleview and Tempest supported, and Google Places. Yelp and Foursquare can be switched on as extra sources for enrichment.
Will it change our listings without asking?
No. When your data and Google disagree on a phone number, a website or whether a business is open, TeraListings flags the conflict and shows both versions. You decide.
What does the health score measure?
How complete and up to date a listing is, from 0 to 100. You set the threshold below which listings are flagged, and how many days before data counts as stale.
Can partners update their own listings?
Yes, through TeraPortal. Partners suggest changes and you approve them, or let them publish directly.
