Photos get thumbnails and web sizes, WebP included. Videos are encoded to 720p, 1080p and 4K with a streaming version, and 360 video is detected for you.

Pick files from TeraDAM on any screen that needs one: maps, markers, templates, tour screens and more. Share a logo or brand photo with every destination in your organisation instead of uploading it again.

An image editor with crop, straighten, text, watermarks, colour grading, social-media sizes and masks; editors for illustrations and floorplans; and a multi-track audio editor for voice, music and effects, with voiceover recording in the browser.

Embed any video on your website in a player with your poster and logo, a share menu and streaming playback, for standard and 360 video alike.

What is TeraDAM?
TeraDAM is the digital asset management tool of the Tera ecosystem. It stores your photos, video, 360, audio, documents, fonts and artwork in one library and makes them available to every other Tera tool.
Is TeraDAM included in every plan?
Yes. The TeraDAM library is part of every Tera plan, together with TeraHUB, TeraMetrics, TeraClick, TeraConsent, TeraWhiteLabel and TeraEmail.
Which files can we store?
Photos, standard and 360 video, 360 panoramas, audio, PDFs and office documents, fonts, illustrations, UI elements, 3D models, floorplans and Lottie animations.
Can people outside our team send us files?
Yes. An upload portal gives photographers, partners or the public a branded link to upload to, with no Tera login needed. You review each submission before it joins the library.
Can we share files with the press?
Yes. Group files into a collection and share it by link on a branded page, with optional expiry, password or emailed code, and a choice of web-sized or original downloads.
Do we upload the same logo for every destination?
No. Files can belong to one destination or to your whole organisation, so a logo or brand photo uploaded once is available to all your destinations.
