Every email starts from a Tera default. Clone it, change the words and look, and your copy is the one your visitors get.

Placeholders fill in each person’s name, list, code or link, in the body, the buttons and the subject line.

Versions and rollback
Every save keeps the previous version, so a bad edit can be undone.

Delivery tracking
Follow each message from queued to sent, delivered, opened and clicked. Bounced addresses are suppressed automatically.

What is TeraEmail?
TeraEmail is the email engine of the Tera ecosystem. It sends every confirmation, invitation, code and alert your Tera tools produce, from templates in your brand, and tracks what happens to each message.
Is TeraEmail included in every plan?
Yes. TeraEmail is part of every Tera plan, together with TeraHUB, TeraDAM, TeraMetrics, TeraClick, TeraConsent and TeraWhiteLabel.
Can we change the wording and design?
Yes. Clone any default template and edit it in the visual block editor. Your copy replaces the default for your organisation only.
Can we see whether emails were opened?
Yes. Each message is tracked from sent to delivered, opened and clicked, and bounced addresses are suppressed.
What about unsubscribes?
Recipients can manage their preferences or unsubscribe. Messages they need, like one-time codes and recovery links, are still sent.
Is it a newsletter tool?
No. TeraEmail sends the messages your Tera tools trigger, one person at a time, rather than campaigns to a list.
