TeraWhiteLabel logo

Your domain, your brand, everywhere.

TeraWhiteLabel puts your Tera experiences on your own web address. Point a domain you own at Tera, and visitors open your tour, map, magazine or microsite there, secured with a certificate we set up for you. It is included in every Tera plan.

What it does

The kit

  • 01

    Your own address

Use a domain or subdomain you own, such as one under your main website, instead of a Tera address.

  • 02

    For the experience you choose

Each domain serves one experience: your 360 tour, a map, a magazine, a microsite, a TeraNotes passport or your TeraScan AI layer.

  • 03

    One DNS record

Add a single A record or CNAME at your DNS provider. The exact record to add is shown on screen.

  • 04

    Checked before it goes live

Tera verifies that your DNS points the right way before switching anything on, so the address never half-works.

  • 05

    Secure by default

An HTTPS certificate is issued for your domain automatically, and its expiry date is shown with the domain.

  • 06

    Status at a glance

Follow each domain from waiting for DNS to verified, certificate issued and active, and switch a domain off when you no longer need it.

Questions

TeraWhiteLabel, answered.

What is TeraWhiteLabel?

TeraWhiteLabel is the custom-domain tool of the Tera ecosystem. It lets your tours, maps, magazines and microsites open on a web address you own, under your brand.

Is TeraWhiteLabel included in every plan?

Yes. TeraWhiteLabel is part of every Tera plan, together with TeraHUB, TeraDAM, TeraMetrics, TeraClick, TeraConsent and TeraEmail.

What do we need to do?

Add one DNS record, an A record or a CNAME, at your domain provider. Tera checks it, sets up the security certificate and switches the domain on.

Is the address secure?

Yes. Every white-label domain gets an HTTPS certificate, issued automatically.

What can a white-label domain show?

One experience per domain: a 360 tour, a map, a magazine, a microsite, a TeraNotes passport or your TeraScan AI layer.
