TeraLocal logo

Your destination’s own marketplace for local experiences.

TeraLocal lets local operators sell passes and experiences through you. Visitors buy on your website, get a voucher with a QR code, and the operator scans it when they arrive.

What it does

The kit

  • 01

    Operators and experiences

Add the local operators you work with and their experiences, with photos, a meeting point and a description.

  • 02

    Reviewed before it goes live

Every experience moves through draft, review and approval before it can be sold. Higher-risk activities need insurance documents and a waiver first.

  • 03

    Checkout on your website

Embed a checkout for any experience on your pages, or use a ready-made storefront.

  • 04

    Vouchers with QR codes

Each ticket becomes a voucher with its own QR code, in a mobile wallet and as a PDF.

  • 05

    Scanned at the door

Operators scan vouchers from a link on their phone, or your visitor centre scans them at the desk. A voucher cannot be used twice.

  • 06

    Passes

Bundle several experiences into one pass, sold at one price.

  • 07

    Payouts worked out for you

You set how each sale is split between the operator and you. The operator’s share is due when the voucher is redeemed.

  • 08

    Refunds and expiry

Unused vouchers can be refunded, and they are refunded automatically when they expire.

Questions

TeraLocal, answered.

What is TeraLocal?

TeraLocal is the experience marketplace of the Tera ecosystem. Local operators sell experiences and passes through your destination, with vouchers, QR redemption and payouts handled.

How does the operator get paid?

You decide how each sale is split. The operator’s share becomes due when their voucher is scanned at the experience.

What happens to vouchers nobody uses?

Visitors can ask for a refund before they use a voucher, and unused vouchers are refunded automatically when they expire.

Do operators need special equipment?

No. They scan vouchers with their phone from a private link, or type in the code.

Is TeraLocal ready today?

TeraLocal is in beta. We launch it with you on a small set of operators first, and say plainly what is ready.
