Explore · TeraKiosk
Put your destination on every screen in the lobby.
TeraKiosk turns touchscreens, displays and monitors in lobbies and visitor centers into interactive guides. Pick a ready-made layout, manage every device remotely, and show the same places, tours and events as everything else in Tera.
What it does
The kit
- 01
Seven ready-made layouts
Four landscape and three portrait layouts, so the same content fits a wall screen or a standing totem.
- 02
An attract loop
When nobody is touching it, the screen cycles backgrounds with your logo, a clock, a few headline numbers and a "Touch to explore" prompt.
- 03
Your places on a map
An interactive map of your places, with pop-ups, pinch to zoom and a style that follows the kiosk’s light or dark theme.
- 04
360 tours on the screen
Visitors drag around your 360 tours with a finger and pick between tours from thumbnails.
- 05
What’s on
Events as cards with image, date, place and category, and a tap for the full description.
- 06
Your look
Your colours, fonts and logo, in a dark or light theme. A timer returns the screen to the attract loop when visitors walk away.
- 07
Devices managed remotely
Pair a screen with a six-digit code, assign it a layout, and see which devices are online. Publish a change and every kiosk picks it up.
- 08
A full-screen kiosk app
An optional app runs the kiosk full screen and restarts itself after a crash.
- 09
See what visitors tapped
Touches, sessions, session length, the most-used modules and places, busy hours and device health, with CSV export.

Questions

What is TeraKiosk?
TeraKiosk is the touchscreen and display tool of the Tera ecosystem. It turns screens in lobbies and visitor centers into interactive guides with your map, 360 tours and events.
What screens does it work on?
Touchscreens, displays and monitors, in landscape or portrait. There are seven ready-made layouts to choose from.
How do we set up a new screen?
Open the kiosk on the device, enter the six-digit pairing code from the backoffice, and assign it a layout.
Do we have to update each kiosk by hand?
No. Content comes from the same places, tours and events you manage in Tera. Publish a change and the kiosks pick it up.
Can we see how the kiosks are used?
Yes. The analytics show touches, sessions, the most-used modules and places, busy hours and device health, and can be exported as CSV.
