Walk a group through your place, live.

TeraJoin hosts live guided tours, meetings and webinars under your own brand. A guide walks a group through a 360 tour or a map, draws on the screen, and everyone talks face to face in the browser.

What it does

The kit

  • 01

    A tour on the stage

Put a 360 tour, or one of its itineraries, on the stage. Everyone sees what the guide sees and hears the guide as they move.

  • 02

    Follow or roam

Guests follow the guide, or, if the guide allows it, look around on their own and jump back to the guide in one tap. The guide can bring everyone back to the same view.

  • 03

    Point and draw

Guests see the guide’s pointer. The guide can draw, add shapes and notes in colour on the scene, and save notes from the session.

  • 04

    Maps and a whiteboard

Put a TeraMaps map on the stage instead, or open a blank whiteboard that everyone in the call can draw on.

  • 05

Face to face in the browser

Video, microphone, screen sharing, chat and a shared task list. Guests join from a link, with no app to install.

  • 06

    Webinar mode

Guests watch and listen, raise a hand to ask to speak, and the host lets them speak when it is their turn.

  • 07

    In your colours

Set the session colours, from the controls to the guide’s and guests’ marks, with a live preview.

  • Higher Ed →

Live virtual campus visits, with an admissions guide walking prospective students through the tour.

Part of the loop

A TeraMaps map can be the stage instead, following the guide.

  • TeraHUB →

Sessions are planned in the same Tera backoffice, using your own tours and maps.

Questions

TeraJoin, answered.

What is TeraJoin?

TeraJoin is the live session tool of the Tera ecosystem. A guide hosts a video call around a 360 tour or a map, leads the group through it, and points and draws on the screen while everyone talks.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. Guests join from a link in their web browser.

Can guests look around on their own?

Yes, if the guide allows it. They can roam freely and jump back to the guide’s view in one tap, and the guide can bring everyone back at any time.

Does TeraJoin work for webinars?

Yes. In webinar mode guests watch and listen, raise a hand to ask to speak, and the host lets them speak.

Which tours can be used in a session?

Tours built on the current TeraVerse 360 engine. We can tell you whether your tour is ready for live sessions.
